Each caregiver then has to go through our intensive screening process, eliminating 90% of all applicants. This ensures that our clients do not have to spend any time sifting through applications or worrying about qualifications. - Screening Interview
- Verification of Social Security Number as well as another form of legal identification
- CPR and First Aid Training
- References checked and former employment verified
- Previous experience in the field
- Professional Development Class (Permanent Caregivers) or Temporary Nanny Orientation (Sitters)
- Extensive criminal background investigation (ongoing checks included for the term of employment) provided through CSIdentity
