Each caregiver then has to go through our intensive screening process, eliminating 90% of all applicants. This ensures that our clients do not have to spend any time sifting through applications or worrying about qualifications. • Screening Interview
• Verification of Social Security Number as well as another form of legal identification
• CPR and First Aid Training
• References checked and former employment verified
• Previous experience in the field
• Professional Development Class (Permanent Caregivers) or Temporary Nanny Orientation (Sitters)
• Extensive criminal background investigation (ongoing checks included for the term of employment) provided through CSIdentity
